Hey, it’s Marcel. Every print and piece of merch is printed, signed, and shipped by me from my studio in Almaty. I want you to love what you receive — here’s exactly how we make that happen.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
I will promptly send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund. All shipping costs will be covered by me. - Incorrect Item Received
If I send the wrong item or size, I will arrange a free replacement and cover the return shipping. - Change of Mind
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
– Items must be unused and in original condition.
– You are responsible for return shipping to Almaty (or you may drop off if local).
– Upon receipt, I will issue a full refund for the item price (original shipping costs are non-refundable). - Lost or Non-Delivered Packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please provide a screenshot of the tracking information. I will reship the order free of charge or provide a full refund.

Refunds via PayPal
All refunds are processed back to your original PayPal account (or card linked to PayPal). You’ll see the money within 24 hours of my processing (PayPal’s standard speed).
