Refund & Returns

Hey, itโ€™s Marcel. Every print and piece of merch is printed, signed, and shipped by me from my studio in Almaty. I want you to love what you receive โ€” hereโ€™s exactly how we make that happen.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
    I will promptly send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund. All shipping costs will be covered by me.
  2. Incorrect Item Received
    If I send the wrong item or size, I will arrange a free replacement and cover the return shipping.
  3. Change of Mind
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
    – Items must be unused and in original condition.
    – You are responsible for return shipping to Almaty (or you may drop off if local).
    – Upon receipt, I will issue a full refund for the item price (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
  4. Lost or Non-Delivered Packages
    If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please provide a screenshot of the tracking information. I will reship the order free of charge or provide a full refund.

Refunds via PayPal

All refunds are processed back to your original PayPal account (or card linked to PayPal). Youโ€™ll see the money within 24 hours of my processing (PayPalโ€™s standard speed).
