Hey, it’s Marcel. I print, sign, and pack every order myself in my Almaty studio — that means each piece gets my full attention before it heads out. Here’s the full scoop on how and when your art will arrive.

Processing Time
– Orders are typically printed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of payment confirmation.
– If I’m slammed with a big drop or holiday rush, I’ll email you an update (usually it’s faster than that).
– Custom requests? Let’s chat — I can often speed things up.

Shipping Method
We use KazPost (Kazakhstan’s national postal service) for reliable, tracked international delivery. DHL is avalable on an individual basis.
– All packages include tracking — you’ll get the number via email once it ships.
– I’ll also share real-time updates if there’s any hiccup.

Delivery Times

Times are estimates based on my experience and KazPost averages (customs can add 1-3 days). From Almaty:

Rest of World (Canada, Australia, etc.)	10-30 business days

These are door-to-door estimates. Weekends/holidays don’t count, and peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays) might add a few days.

Shipping Costs

– Free worldwide shipping on all orders right now — my way of saying thanks for supporting independent art!
– This promo covers standard KazPost rates (up to 2kg packages).
– Heads-up: As I add more merch and grow, I might introduce flat rates later (I’ll email everyone if that happens). No surprises.

Tracking & Support

– You’ll get a tracking link the moment it ships (check your spam folder if needed).
– Track it anytime via prefered tracking service.
– Lost or delayed? Message me right away at me@marceldeneuve.com. I’ll sort it out fast — often with a free reship if needed.

Customs & Duties

– For international orders: You’re responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees (rare for art under $100-200 value, but it happens).
– I declare everything accurately as “art prints/merch” with low value to minimize issues.
– EU/US buyers, check your country’s rules for gifts under €150/$800 to avoid extras.
