1. General

By placing an order at https://marceldeneuve.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Marcel Deneuve (sole proprietor, Republic of Kazakhstan) operates this website.

2. Products & Services

All items are hand-crafted, printed, signed, and shipped by the artist from Almaty, Kazakhstan. Limited-edition prints are produced in declared quantities only. Once sold out, they will not be reprinted.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks of payment confirmation. Current free worldwide shipping is a promotional offer and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and processed securely via PayPal. You are responsible for any currency conversion or transaction fees charged by your bank or PayPal.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and photographs remain the exclusive copyright of Marcel Deneuve. Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or distribution of the artwork (physical or digital) is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

6. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our separate Refund & Returns Policy. No refunds are available for digital downloads once access has been granted.

7. Accuracy of Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

You are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marcel Deneuve Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

10. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, resale intent, or violation of these terms). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
